As a Director of Foodservice, you will lead all commercial and non-commercial sales activities for a brand within the natural foods industry. You will guide commercial priorities and help build strong customer relationships that support business results.

Description

• Lead sales activity for the Foodservice function and set clear priorities for the team.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to support sales performance and account continuity.
• Develop sales plans that align with business goals and customer needs.
• Drive strrategy across broadline distributors, regional and national restaurant chains and non-commercial accounts.
• Track sales results and use findings to guide day-to-day commercial decisions.
• Work with internal partners to coordinate customer plans and sales activity.
• Review market and customer information to identify sales opportunities.
• Present sales updates, priorities, and results to business stakeholders.
• Support the delivery of consistent customer service across sales activities.

Profile

A successful Director of Foodservice should have:

• Experience leading sales activities and commercial priorities.
• National restaurants chains experience
• Distributor experience across Sysco, US Foods, PFG, DOT Foods and others.
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Compass, Sodexo, Aramark call points.
• Ability to develop practical sales plans and follow through on key actions.
• Experience reviewing sales performance and identifying opportunities.
• Clear communication skills for customer and internal business discussions.
• Ability to coordinate sales activity across internal teams.

Job Offer

• Remote-based
• Salary range of $150,000-$190,000.
