We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.Job Summary:The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading and overseeing all food and beverage operations in support of audit-related functions and hospitality services. This role ensures high standards in culinary quality, service delivery, team management, and vendor coordination while adapting to mobile or temporary event environments.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the strategic direction of food and beverage operations for audit-related events, ensuring consistency and quality across locationsOversee menu planning, culinary execution, and service standards in collaboration with culinary leads, chefs, and service staffHire, train, and supervise F&B personnel, ensuring alignment with performance expectations and team cultureManage relationships with external vendors, caterers, and suppliers to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality serviceOversee budgeting, inventory control, procurement, and financial reporting related to food and beverage operationsEnsure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all service environmentsCoordinate logistics and staffing for mobile or on-site hospitality functions, adapting quickly to varying environments and client needsConduct post-event reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous service enhancementsQualifications:Proven leadership experience in food and beverage management, preferably in events, hospitality, or travel-based rolesStrong understanding of culinary and service operations, including mobile/remote service deliveryExcellent organizational, budgeting, and project management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for team coordination and client interactionProficiency in F&B management tools, systems, or software (placeholder: "familiarity with hospitality or inventory software")Ability to lead under pressure, solve problems in real-time, and adapt to changing event needsKnowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling protocols, and vendor complianceWhy Join Us?We pay for your travelWork in unique locations across the U.S.Gain diverse experience and expand your networkBe part of a supportive, high-energy team that's as passionate as you areIf you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.I understand that Bridge Point may conduct background checks and/or obtain consumer and investigative reports in connection with my application or employment, as permitted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state laws.
