About the Position
Our client is a leader in Energy Services in New Castle, DE They are currently looking to bring on a team player to fill the exciting role as a full-time Director of First Impressions.
To provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients through meeting client needs and honoring commitments by being the first line of contact for clients at the front desk and via telephone. Act as a professional liaison between clients and other business contacts and the staff of the Company. Maintain a clean, professional, and functional office environment for all associates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
  • Receive and greet internal and external visitors courteously and cheerfully
  • Promptly answer incoming calls; phone covered from 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Open, sort, stamp, and process incoming and outgoing mail
    • Maintain postage meter
    • Maintain adequate supply of stamps, letterhead, envelopes, and other shipping needs
  • Post daily events information on welcome monitor (meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, guests, etc.)
  • Maintain weekly “Seiberblast” and daily “SeiberDaily” communications emailed to all associates
  • Maintain company calendar – meeting rooms, PTO, and A/V reservations
  • Maintain stock in office supply cabinet
    • Handle ordering for one-off requests for office needs
  • Order business cards and nameplates for new and existing associates
  • Maintain supplies for first aid kit
  • Maintain kitchen supplies
  • Coordinate catering for Associate Breakfast meetings and other internal events
  • Order office furniture
  • Coordinate activities with cleaning vendor
  • Coordinating and scheduling travel arrangements for associates
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed
  • Coordinate contractors for any office issues (e.g. roof leak, wall painting, new wall hangings)
  • Work with IT to order and maintain stock of computers and peripheral equipment.

Shift/Pay Rate:
  • Monday to Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm
  • $20/hr
  • Temporary/Contract to cover Jury Duty for 2 days possible 2 weeks
