Director of Financial Aid Salary: $90,000 Warren County Community College is seeking an experienced, student -focused professional to serve as the Director of Financial Aid. This full -time, in -person leadership position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of federal, state, and institutional nancial aid programs while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and reporting requirements. The Director serves as the College's primary resource on nancial aid policies, procedures, and regulatory changes and plays a key role in supporting student recruitment, retention, and success initiatives. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance , the Director of Financial Aid provides leadership for the daily operations of the Financial Aid Office, including nancial aid packaging, scal oversight, compliance monitoring, reporting, outreach activities, and supervision of staff and student worke rs. The Director works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and external agencies to ensure accurate administration of nancial aid programs and exceptional student service. Qualied candidates should possess a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should have ve to seven years of progressively responsible experience in higher education nancial aid administration, including comprehensive knowledge of federal and state nancial aid regulations and compliance requirements. Strong leadership, organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience with nancial aid systems such as ED Connect, and PowerFAIDS is preferred.
