Position Overview:
The Director of Finance is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the company's financial systems, data architecture, and operational workflows.
Responsibilities of the Director of Finance:
- Serve as the executive business owner of the company's financial systems architecture, including its ERP and related platforms.
- Lead system design, implementation, optimization, and change management initiatives across the Finance organization.
- Develop and maintain the long-term roadmap for financial system architecture, including integrations, system enhancements, and platform modernization.
- Evaluate, integrate, or sunset finance-related platforms, including expense and payables systems, treasury platforms, AI-enabled reconciliation and reporting tools, and legacy ERP platforms scheduled for replacement or consolidation.
- 10+ years of experience in financial systems implementation, analytics, or operational process design.
- Demonstrated track record of self-directed delivery against committed deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, analytical, and project leadership skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Ability to work onsite during core business hours and travel periodically as required.
- Experience leading ERP replacement or platform consolidation projects.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled reconciliation or reporting tools.
- Experience building KPI and reporting frameworks across multiple business entities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
