    Responsibilities:

    The Finance Director is a strategic and tactical management position responsible for serving administrative leadership and is involved in most aspects of operations, primarily financial performance.

    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • 5+ years of experience of progressive management experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or audit.
    • Demonstrable problem-solving, quantitative, and analytical skills, and strategic and critical thinking.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing presentations for senior leaders.
    • Expert-level knowledge and aptitude in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.

    Preferred Job Requirements:  

    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
    • Sound experience in GAAP, internal accounting controls, research/grant accounting, and patient care regulations.
