Director of Finance & Operations
Our client is a large, rapidly growing nonprofit who is looking for a strong finance leader.

What we need:



  • This person will lead the organization’s finance and accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash management, financial reporting, internal controls, grant accounting, restricted funds, audit, Form 990, and regulatory compliance

  • They will also oversee broader nonprofit operations, including payroll, benefits administration, technology, insurance, legal and regulatory compliance, vendor management, and organizational policies

  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience w/ strong nonprofit exposure

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field required – advanced degree a plus (MBA or Master’s in accounting)

  • CPA required

  • Experience with restricted funds, PAC $, 501(c)(3)/501(c)(4) entities, or other affiliated nonprofit structures is a big plus



Salary range $140K to $175K base
