Director of Finance

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in: • Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, CPG, apparel, wellness, DTC or other consumer businesses. The team is looking for someone who can build sophisticated models, challenge assumptions, and help leadership understand the financial implications of growth decisions.

Alliance Resource Group is partnering  with a high-growth consumer brand on a Director of Strategic Finance search.

This is a highly visible role working closely with senior leadership across:

• Forecasting and long-range planning
• Growth and scenario modeling
• Cash flow and liquidity planning
• Working capital and inventory
• Commercial and operating decision support
• Strategic analysis around investment and growth initiatives

This is not a traditional reporting-heavy FP&A role. The team is looking for someone who can build sophisticated models, challenge assumptions, and help leadership understand the financial implications of growth decisions.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

• Beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, CPG, apparel, wellness, DTC or other consumer businesses
• Strategic Finance / FP&A / Corporate Finance
• Investment Banking, Private Equity or Growth Equity backgrounds transitioning into operating finance
• High-growth, founder-led, PE-backed or VC-backed environments

Location: Remote, with candidates based in Southern California or New York
Structure: Permanent, Interim, or Interim-to-Hire depending on background and availability
Pay: 80-110 per hour, depending on experience
