Position: Director of Finance

Location: New York

Compensation - $175,000 - $235,000

Schedule - Hybrid

Role Description:

We're partnered with a rapidly growing PE-backed professional services platform that is seeking to hire a Director of Finance. This person will serve as the embedded financial leader for a high-growth region. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this role combines strategic finance, FP&A, operational analytics, and M&A support. You'll have direct influence on pricing strategy, resource allocation, growth initiatives, and acquisition integration while working closely with leaders across multiple offices.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to regional leadership
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Develop and monitor KPI's across revenue, profitability, utilization and client performance
• Analyze business performance
• Partner with operational leaders to translate business objectives into financial plans
• Drive process improvement

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in progressive FP&A or corporate finance
• Professional services, PE-backed, or multi-entity business experience
• Strong financial modeling and business partnering capabilities
• Experience owning budgets, forecasts, and executive presentations
• MBA and/or CPA preferred
