  • Establish clear accountability and development pathways for the finance team.

Financial & Administrative Stewardship

  • Manage departmental and property-wide budgets, forecasting models, inventory controls, and cash flow operations while maintaining uncompromised luxury standards.
  • Track and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly financial metrics to drive continuous operational and revenue improvement.

Compliance & Risk Management

  • Uphold rigorous internal audit controls, tax compliance, and legal protocol for all financial transactions and operational procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, or equivalent experience required (CPA or MBA preferred).
  • Significant leadership experience in luxury hospitality finance is required.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • A keen eye for financial integrity and the intentional details that define luxury profitability.

Work Environment
