Job Summary and Qualifications As the Finance Director , you will lead the activities associated with the financial analysis process for sourcing events across the Medical Device contracting portfolio including strategic sourcing agreements and all custom engagement activity. This includes analyzing and reviewing vendor proposals, market share data, customer spend data and fully loaded supply and equipment costs. Additionally, responsible for providing internal reporting and external customer reporting relative to projects and results. Key Responsibilities: Direct all aspects of the financial analysis component of the sourcing processes for custom consulting engagement activities Actively seeks opportunities to innovate with technology, new methodology, and processes. Empowers staff and fosters adaptation to new approaches and/or technology introduced. Manage and develop staff consisting of Finance Managers/Consulting Financial Analysts, Senior Financial Analysts and Financial Analysts Financial Operations lead for consulting engagements Manage and track engagement profit and loss, revenues and charge models Participate in client meetings as needed, manage client relationships from finance perspective Participate in sourcing strategy sessions related to sourcing projects and supplier meetings as needed Ensure financial components of sourcing process are followed and as efficient as necessary to understand value and risks of sourcing teams' objectives Review and improve financial analysis policies and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency and high level of customer support Develop and execute on methodology and procedures to provide customer level detail reporting for sourcing events to external GPO clients Manage relationship with GPO Operations department to ensure accurate project reporting is provided timely Develop and maintain relationships within HealthTrust departments to help ensure consistent accumulation and reporting of financial information Provides complex ad hoc financial and statistical reports and analyses as requested by HealthTrust executive leadership Requirements Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Technology or related field preferred) 7 Years of related experience, required. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong strategic thinking, visionary and communication skills. Proven ability to prioritize across multiple projects and relationships. Strong analytical skills and heavy attention to detail with ability to think conceptual and has a solutions mindset. High level of proficiency in MS Excel is required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work with executives in various departments and organizations. Able to design, construct and run reports using various applications with BI toolset experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office/SQL/Alteryx/ Tableau and/or other platforms preferred.
