Director of Finance

About the Opportunity
Our client is a community action nonprofit serving families and individuals in east-central Minnesota, and they're looking for a Director of Finance to lead the agency's financial health and integrity. This is a high-impact leadership role for a finance professional who wants their work to translate directly into stronger programs and better outcomes for the community.
You'll oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with federal and state funding requirements, manage grant financial reporting, lead audit preparation, and supervise our accounting team - all while partnering closely with the Executive Director on the fiscal strategy that keeps our mission moving forward.

Work Environment
Hybrid role based in Mora, MN - a flexible blend of in-office and remote work. Standard office physical requirements apply (occasional lifting up to 25 lbs, sitting/standing/bending as needed).
