    We are a well-established senior living community dedicated to providing compassionate care and a high-quality living environment for our residents. We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and support the long-term sustainability of our organization.

    The Director of Finance is responsible for leading all financial functions, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. This role partners closely with executive leadership to ensure sound financial management and strategic decision-making in support of resident care and organizational growth.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and month-end close

    • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans

    • Prepare and present financial reports to leadership and stakeholders

    • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, GAAP standards, and internal policies

    • Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial performance metrics

    • Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies

    • Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies

    • Supervise and develop finance team members

    • Perform other duties as assigned


    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

    • 7+ years of progressive finance experience, with leadership responsibility

    • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or nonprofit environments strongly preferred

    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance

    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    • Proven ability to lead teams and partner with cross-functional stakeholders
