Director of Finance
Compensation: Up to $190,000 + 10% Bonus
A successful and growing multi-entity construction organization is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance to join its leadership team. This is a highly visible opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership, influence business decisions, and help drive continued growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Partner with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Analyze profitability, margins, labor costs, and operational performance
• Develop financial models and actionable business insights
• Oversee financial operations across multiple entities
• Drive accountability through financial reporting, KPI analysis, and performance metrics
• Support growth initiatives and identify opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
What We're Looking For
• Previous experience as a Director of Finance, Controller, Finance Manager, or similar senior finance leader
• Strong FP&A experience, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and financial analysis
• Proven background in job costing, project profitability, labor analysis, and operational finance
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple business units or entities
• Ability to serve as a trusted business partner to CEOs and operational leaders
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
