The Director of Finance is a senior leader responsible for strengthening and evolving the finance function into a strategic, scalable partner to the business. This role focuses on delivering clear financial insights, enabling sound decisionâmaking, and improving operational efficiency—ensuring leaders across the organization can understand financial performance and act with confidence.
Reporting to the CFO, the Director of Finance plays a key role in modernizing financial processes, developing talent, leveraging technology, and building a finance organization that supports growth with discipline, clarity, and consistency.
