Director Of EstimatingThis Director of Estimating role leads all preconstruction and estimating efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects. You'll oversee a skilled estimating team, drive strategic pricing decisions, and partner closely with project leadership to win and deliver high-quality work.Job DescriptionLead and manage the estimation team to ensure accurate and timely project proposals.Develop and oversee cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and budgetary constraints.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather project specifications and determine accurate costs.Review and analyze project documentation, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts.Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to improve project efficiencies.Maintain and update estimation tools, databases, and industry pricing standards.Present cost estimates and project budgets to senior management and clients as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations throughout the estimation process.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
