Director of Enterprise Applications

The Director partners closely with executive and functional leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Information Technology to align technology capabilities with business priorities. This role serves as the primary business and technology leader for core platforms, ensuring applications support business objectives, operate efficiently, and scale with organizational growth.

Position: Director of Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications
Salary: $160,000 - 200,000 + Bonus

Job Overview: The Director of Enterprise Applications is responsible for leading the strategy, governance, architecture, and optimization of the organization's enterprise application portfolio. This role serves as the primary business and technology leader for core platforms, ensuring applications support business objectives, operate efficiently, and scale with organizational growth.

The Director partners closely with executive and functional leaders across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales, Human Resources, and Information Technology to align technology capabilities with business priorities. This leader is responsible for driving application roadmaps, managing enterprise application teams, and ensuring a well-integrated and high-performing application ecosystem.

Responsibilities of the Director of Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications:

• Own and lead the enterprise application portfolio, including Oracle Fusion, CRM, HRIS, MES, and other business-critical systems.
• 
  
• Develop and execute application strategies and multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• 
  
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing enterprise applications team focused on both technical excellence and business outcomes.
• 
  
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency.
• 
  
• Establish and maintain governance for application configuration, customization, integrations, security, and data standards.
• 
  
• Define and oversee enterprise application and integration architecture to ensure systems work together seamlessly.
• 
  
• Drive system reliability, performance, scalability, compliance, and security across all enterprise platforms.
• 
  
• Lead major application initiatives, including implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and transformation programs.
• 
  
• Manage relationships with software vendors, implementation partners, and third-party service providers.
• 
  
• Champion user adoption, change management, and measurable business value from technology investments.
• 
  

Preferred Experience of the Direction of Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications:

• 
  
• Progressive experience leading enterprise applications, business systems, or IT organizations.
• 
  
• Experience managing enterprise application teams and establishing operating models that support business growth.
• 
  
• Demonstrated ownership of Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud ERP in complex, multi-site or global organizations including strategy, roadmaps, etc.
• 
  
• Experience supporting business processes across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, customer service, human resources, and operations.
• 
  
• Proven success leading enterprise application implementations, upgrades, and transformational initiatives.
• 
  
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
• 
  
• Experience developing governance frameworks, application standards, and change management practices.
• 
  
• Ability to balance long-term technology strategy with hands-on execution and delivery.

Bonus Experience of the Director of Oracle Fusion & Enterprise Applications:

• 
  
• Deep experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, Salesforce, Workday, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), or similar enterprise platforms.
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with enterprise application configuration, integration architecture, and system optimization.
• 
  
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or other operationally complex environments.
• 
  
• Background leading enterprise architecture initiatives and application modernization efforts.
• 
  
• Experience managing global application portfolios and cross-functional technology programs.
• 
  
• Advanced degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
