    Director of Engineering Lead Innovation in Structural Solutions

    Location: Omaha, NE (On-site required)

    About the Role:
    Were seeking a Director of Engineering to lead our civil/structural team in designing innovative products and driving technical and commercial success across North America. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership to shape the future of structural solutions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team.

    • Oversee product research, development, testing, and optimization.

    • Provide expert technical consultation to clients and internal teams.

    • Partner with sales and marketing on training and product resources.

    • Guide commercial strategy and ensure revenue and performance goals are met.

    Qualifications:

    • PE or SE license required.

    • Bachelors in Civil Engineering with 8+ years in geotechnical/structural design.

    • Strong foundation in soil mechanics, deep foundations, and construction.

    • Proven leadership and team management experience.

    • Skilled in AutoCAD, Inventor, and materials such as steel and concrete.

    • Excellent communicator and relationship builder.

    • Willingness to travel occasionally across the U.S. and Canada.
