The Role

Dynamo AI is hiring a Director of Engineering to scale its engineering organization from about 25 people to a significantly larger, globally distributed team, with direct accountability for hiring, leadership development, operating cadence and technical execution.

What You Will Do

• Build out engineering from roughly 25 to 100+ people across regions.
• Hire and develop engineering leaders.
• Set operating cadence and technical execution standards.
• Provide credibility across AI engineering and production deployment infrastructure.
• Represent engineering externally through technical communication.

Benefits

Total compensation $1M-$1.5M including equity.

REVENUE: 15% of first-year salary. Est. fee per hire $58K-$83K; 1 seat(s).
