Oversee and ensure the timely completion of all engineering projects while adhering to client specifications. This involves reviewing projects for accuracy and compliance with build standards. Additionally, the role involves ensuring the structural integrity and usability of the final product. It also collaborates closely with Design and Estimation departments to address challenging builds. Furthermore, the position involves contributing to research and development efforts for both existing and new products.

Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to optimize internal capabilities and ensure efficient project execution. Attend KO Meetings to provide guidance on challenging structural or conceptual aspects of drawings.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the estimation team to foster a high-performance culture. Implement performance management system and process to set expectations, monitor performance, and provide feedback. Oversee training and development to enhance team capabilities, skills, and competencies. Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop future leaders within the department and organization
