POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Emerging Partnership helps shape the organization's future by fostering strategic relationships and driving impactful initiatives. The director is responsible for leveraging the organization's vision and strength to cultivate, built and fortify key partnerships that align with its mission and expand it's reach. The Director will serve as a strategic leader and advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment across initiatives to create cohesive, organization wide strategies and leverage industry insights to refine and align CSF's offerings. - Engage with state and federal entities to position the organization for policy impact and funding opportunities.
- Develop and advocate for community-based programs, particularly focusing on rural and tribal communities.
- Leads efforts to proactively build pipeline of new corporate partners via sponsorship and industry engagement aligned with institutional priorities.
- Counsels the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, offering valuable insights, advice, and support on strategic issues, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.
- Analyzes the organization's objectives and customer needs to provide direction, and clearly aligned goals.
- Proactively identifies opportunities to improve, expand or diversify systems, processes, and services.
- Assesses potential partnerships, evaluate their value and cultivate relationships with external partners to enhance innovation and collaboration.
- Actively participate in networking and industry events to maintain the organization's competitive edge and build relationships with potential partners.
- Work with leadership to assess and prioritize organizational strategic initiatives and ensure that all proposed ventures align with broader organizational goals of social impact.
