Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)

Licensure, Certification, or Registration Required:
Current NYS registration as a registered professional nurse.


Knowledge Skills, Education & Experience Required:
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Power Point, 
Workday, and Excel.
• Effective oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, strong 
organizational skills.
• Self-direction, creativity, initiative to develop/enhance educational programs.
• Leadership ability and working knowledge of leadership principles and management 
skills.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certification required.
• Advanced Life Support Provider Certification required.
Responsibilities for the Director of Critical Care include:
• Directing human & fiscal resources for the ER
• Providing clinical leadership & oversight for the ER
• Developing & implementing performance improvement initiatives.
Required Skills.
• Emergency Room experience required. 
• Nurse Educator experience strongly preferred.
• Leadership /Management experience strongly preferred.
• Valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required. 
• Master’s degree in nursing strongly preferred.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $195,000
Day Shift; 8am-4:30p
