The Director of Education is responsible for managing the Registered Program functions with the purpose of upholding CFP Board's initial certification and renewal requirements. Supports organizational growth objectives for CFP Board Registered Programs consistent with stakeholder needs and market demands. Ensures a competitive and relevant education program that facilitates growth of certificants including target demographics. Maintains and expands, as needed, the education standards which provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to be successful personal financial planners.

This position is based in the Washington D.C. office and works a hybrid schedule which could be changed at any time.

CFP Board is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The applicable starting annual base salary is anticipated to be in the range of $151,000.00 to $175,000.00. In addition to base salary, total compensation includes incentive compensation for which employees are eligible based on completion of individual goals.
