Job Details

Job Title: Director of Education
Reports to: CEO of School
Status: Full-Time
Work Location: In person and on-campus
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts

Duties:

Oversees all academic activities of the institution, ensuring the provision of quality education and services to students.
Maintains compliance with national accreditation and state regulations and ensures a competent, credentialed faculty.
Hire, onboard, observe, and coach every instructor on campus.
Monitor equipment and supplies; maintain and update the LMS (Blackboard Ultra); contribute to policy and procedure development; manage retention rates within budget limits; approve staff timesheets; and assist with the budget process

Requirements:

(Master's degree preferred)
5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
3+ teaching experience preferred
Ability to analyze technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents; respond to inquiries and complaints; and present information effectively
