    Director of Dining Services – Senior Living
    Scotia Village – Full-time
    $95000 yearly based on qualifications and experience

    What you will do here
    • Lead dining across all venues and catering
    • Build and coach a resident-centered team
    • Partner with chefs and dietitians on menus
    • Own the budget – quality versus food and labor costs
     
    What you will bring to the team
    • 5+ years of dining services leadership
    • Manage multiple venues and a large team
    • Budget and food-safety knowledge (ServSafe/CDM a plus)
    • Senior living / hospitality background preferred
    • A genuine passion for serving older adults
    • Ability to work on site at Scotia Village
