We provide medical care, in‑home support, hospice and palliative care, cancer navigation, and 200+ other free services to qualifying seniors. Every service is delivered at no cost, regardless of insurance status.Role Overview:As Director of Development, you will lead the strategic fundraising function — overseeing major gifts, grants, planned giving, annual giving, and donor events. You will manage the Grant Writer and Development Manager, set revenue targets, and serve as a key external face of the organization with major donors.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development team including Grant Writer, Fundraising Manager, and Marketing CoordinatorDevelop and execute multi‑year development strategy with annual revenue targetsPersonally cultivate and steward top 20–30 major donors and prospectsLead planned‑giving program and major‑gift solicitations ($25K+)Partner with CEO and Board on strategic fundraising initiativesReport fundraising metrics, donor demographics, and outcomes to leadership and BoardQualifications:7+ years progressive fundraising experience with documented revenue results3+ years managing development staffStrong major‑gifts cultivation track record (gifts of $25K+)Bachelor's in nonprofit management, communications, or related; CFRE certification preferredExperience with healthcare or aging‑services fundraising a plusWhat we Offer:Competitive salary ($95,000–$135,000) with performance bonus potentialExecutive‑team membership reporting to CEOComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) matchingProfessional development for AFP, CFRE, executive coachingStrategic role with Board exposureHow to Apply:Submit your application through the form on this page.
