·       Define and execute a comprehensive data strategy

·       Lead the development of predictive models

·       Oversee analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns

·       Act as the key interface between marketing and data teams

·       Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists, Analysts, and Engineers.
