The Director of Counseling Services position is a full-time, 10-month position. The position is responsible for providing diagnostic assessment, triage evaluations, short-term individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, outreach, after-hours on-call service, program development and data collection, managing budget and strategic planning, supervision to the Counseling Services staff and graduate interns, and consultation to the University community which includes faculty, staff, students, and family members.
