    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and Develop Teams:

    • Manage all levels of staff, including hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplinary actions.

    • Ensure Compliance:

    • Maintain adherence to Life/Safety Codes (101) and federal and state fire, safety, and health standards, keeping compliance records current.

    • Manage Financial Operations:

    • Oversee referrals, client fee collections, and budget expenditures, ensuring they align with approved budgets.

    • Supervise Program Development:

    • Guide and monitor the creation of program curricula, conducting unannounced visits to classes or sessions for quality assurance.

    • Uphold Client Services Standards:

    • Maintain grievance logs, ensure grievances are resolved promptly, and meet program and funding source requirements.

    • Provide 24/7 Support:

    • Ensure supervisory assistance is available at all times, making unannounced facility visits at least monthly.

    • Report and Monitor Operations:

    • Submit detailed monthly reports on facility activities and monitor correctional programs, including random testing with proper documentation.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services or related field

    • Prefer 2+ years experience as a manager in a corrections facility or re-entry facility.

    • Valid Texas Drivers' License.
