Director of Corporate Restructuring & Turnaround Responsibilities:
Analyze historical and projected financials, including cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure performance
Build and maintain financial models (forecasting, liquidity analysis, valuation, and damages modeling)
Evaluate operating performance, identify trends, and assess key drivers impacting liquidity and enterprise value
Support out-of-court restructurings, debt workouts, and Chapter 11 processes, including contingency planning
Conduct financial due diligence and investigative analysis across complex, imperfect data sets
Assist on litigation support engagements, including expert analysis and report preparation
Translate complex financial findings into clear, defensible insights for clients and stakeholders
Manage multiple engagements simultaneously in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Mentor junior team members and review work product for quality and accuracy
Director of Corporate Restructuring & Turnaround Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred
CPA designation is a plus
7+ years of experience in restructuring, corporate finance, valuation, investment banking, or litigation support
Prior exposure to distressed situations, restructurings, or complex disputes strongly preferred
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skill set
Proven ability to work in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with client interaction
