Job Summary/Description:

Can you orchestrate the perfect lineup across multiple markets without breaking a sweat? We're looking for a Director of Corporate Programming who can master the complex puzzle of broadcast scheduling, sports rights, and syndicated negotiations. This isnt just about filling time slots; it's about maximizing revenue and building the future of our multi-platform programming strategy across Gray Media's expansive footprint.

What You'll Do:

• Master the schedule: Own the programming grids for multiple broadcast stations and sports channels, ensuring every minute is optimized for ratings and revenue.
• Negotiate with precision: Review and mark up program contracts like a pro, ensuring Gray Media always has the best terms and the most compelling content.
• Build powerhouse relationships: Maintain and grow positive, strategic partnerships with multiple networks and syndicators to keep our stations ahead of the curve.
• Strategize syndicated content: Work collaboratively to identify, negotiate, and creatively schedule syndicated programming that drives audience growth.
• Drive Diginet growth: Partner with internal teams to strategize and negotiate Diginet channel placements that expand our reach and impact.
• Own the sports landscape: Apply your deep understanding of major league sports organizations and team scheduling to ensure our sports channels are must-watch destinations.
• Analyze for impact: Use your deep knowledge of station operations and program ratings to make data-driven decisions that move the needle.
