is hiring a Director of Construction Operations for one of our residential remodeling clients.
We're seeking an experienced residential construction leader to oversee multiple remodeling projects and Project Managers from pre-construction through completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and hold Project Managers accountable for schedule, budget, quality, and client communication.
- Oversee project profitability, subcontractors, vendors, and trade coordination.
- Resolve complex project issues and keep jobs moving.
- Improve systems, processes, accountability, and production operations as the company grows.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or custom home experience.
- Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers and concurrent projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, budgets, margins, change orders, and trade coordination.
- Proven leadership, problem solving, and client communication skills.
- Experience helping a growing construction company improve operations and scale is strongly preferred.
