Description
Full-Time | Direct Hire
Fusco Personnel is representing a confidential client in the search for a seasoned construction leader to oversee a diverse portfolio of industrial development and capital improvement initiatives. This position will provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from early planning and budgeting through construction and final turnover.
Job Responsibilities
· Direct multiple industrial construction and facility improvement projects.
· Partner with contractors, design professionals, vendors, utility companies, and local authorities.
· Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, bids, contracts, and change orders.
· Oversee site work, infrastructure, permitting, inspections, and project coordination.
· Monitor safety, quality, costs, schedules, and regulatory requirements.
· Troubleshoot field and construction issues and ensure projects are properly documented and closed out.
Qualifications
· 10+ years of experience in construction management, industrial development, or related field.
· Proven experience managing complex commercial or industrial projects.
· Strong understanding of construction methods, site development, and building systems.
· Ability to interpret architectural, civil, structural, and MEP drawings.
· Experience with industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or logistics facilities preferred.
· Strong financial, organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CAD experience a plus.
