The Director of Construction & Capital Projects is responsible for planning, design, procurement, construction, renovation, and implementation of approved capital projects and serves as the Owner’s Representative throughout the project lifecycle at John Knox Village of Central Florida (JKV). This exempt position reports directly to the Chief Administrative Officer. Serving as the organization’s Owner’s Representative, this position manages projects from initial concept and planning through design, procurement, construction, occupancy, and closeout. The Director ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with organizational objectives, regulatory requirements, and resident expectations. The Director works closely with executive leadership, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, regulatory agencies, and department leaders to support JKV’s strategic vision while minimizing disruption to residents, patients, families, visitors, and staff.
