Job Title Director of Compliance, Athletics Full Time / Part Time Full Time Job Type Staff Reports To Associate Athletic Director, Compliance Position Summary
The Athletics Department at Bryant University invites applications for the position of Director of Compliance. Bryant University is an NCAA Division I program, sponsoring 25 varsity sports, and is a member of the America East Conference as well as an associate member of the Coastal Athletic Association, Big South, and Ohio Valley Conferences. This position reports to the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance. The Director of Compliance is responsible for assisting in the administration and oversight of the University's NCAA Division I compliance program. The position will support efforts to ensure institutional compliance with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations while promoting a culture of rules education, monitoring, and ethical conduct throughout the athletics department.
This is a full-time, twelve-month position. Salary is market-based and reflective of the successful candidate's qualifications and experience. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Minimum of two years of experience in NCAA compliance, athletics administration, higher education, or a related field. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.
