Director of Compliance and Quality to join their team in
Southern California. A Registered Nurse is required. Home Health or Hospice compliance experience is a must! We desire proactive candidates with analytical skills who can interpret complex medical data and legal documents. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Director of Compliance and Quality Job Requirements - Bachelors prepared registered nurse and active California license.
- Excellent understanding of Home Health and Hospice Medicare and state/federal regulations.
- Minimum of five years of home health or hospice compliance experience.
Director of Compliance and Quality Job Responsibilities - Responsible for the development and coordination of the company’s compliance program, injury and illness prevention program, and risk management initiatives.
- Responsible for coordination of all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to compliance and risk management.
- Responsible for oversight of the agency’s wellness and safety program (OSHA) and risk management activities.
