Prepare timely, accurate executive reporting and presentations on commercial rent, parking, ancillary revenues, operating performance, key trends, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decisions, asset strategy, and portfolio performance.

Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identify performance drivers and emerging risks, and recommend corrective actions and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor Accounts Receivable, delinquency trends, collections, and outstanding balances, partnering with appropriate teams to address issues and improve collection performance.

Partner with Accounting to ensure annual Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations and estimates of future-year expenses are completed accurately and on time.
