Lead the Precision Behind Every Part
Picture your week: you start with a floor walk, checking spindle uptime and safety readiness. You sync with programmers and machinists to lock in priorities, then open Work N/C to refine 3- and 5-axis toolpaths for critical jobs. By midday, youre removing bottlenecks, validating first article quality, and planning tooling inventory. You close the day reviewing performance, coaching your team, and mapping the next kaizen.
