Felician University is presently offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and academically prepared faculty to serve as the Director of Clinical Training and full-time faculty for the Doctor of Counseling Psychology (PsyD) Program. The Directorship is a 12-month appointment with a unique opportunity to combine academic excellence with meaningful administrative leadership through oversight of the PsyD clinical training sector of the Psy.D. program. Required Education:

Earned doctorate in Counseling Psychology from an APA-accredited program is required.

Qualifications:

Established record of service in clinical placement and related research and scholarship; 5+ years teaching experience in a related discipline at an institution of higher education with an earned rank of Associate Professor or Professor; comprehensive understanding of curriculum design, assessment and academic program development; superior verbal and written communications skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion; well-developed analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills; detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills, superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven experience working with a multicultural and diverse student population; ability and willingness to support and promote the Felician Franciscan core values and mission of the University.

Salary Range: $76,200 - 88,300
