    Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused) –

    Psychiatric & Substance Use Disorder Facility

    Location: 4770 Larimer Parkway, Johnstown, Colorado
    Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (with leadership on-call responsibilities)

    What You’ll Do

    As the Director of Clinical Services (Therapy Focused), you will lead the therapy department and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. You will:

    • Oversee therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy programs.
    • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate therapists, case managers, and clinical support staff.
    • Ensure compliance with clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
    • Develop and implement therapeutic programming that supports recovery and patient outcomes.
    • Collaborate with medical and nursing leadership to ensure an integrated care approach.
    • Provide clinical oversight, training, and professional development opportunities for therapists.
    • Monitor documentation, treatment planning, and utilization review to ensure quality and efficiency.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
    • Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) required.
    • 3+ years of experience in behavioral health therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Strong background in psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Must be 21 years or older.
