This is a unique leadership opportunity for an RN who thrives at the intersection of clinical care, education, technology, and compliance — and who is energized by building relationships and strengthening teams across our communities.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted clinical expert and educator, helping our teams deliver exceptional care while ensuring accurate and compliant documentation.

    You will:

    • Audit clinical documentation, coding workflows, and system utilization to ensure compliance and quality
    • Provide targeted education and coaching to improve documentation practices
    • Partner with operations, financial services, and billing teams to resolve coding-related concerns
    • Guide teams through system updates, regulatory changes, and evolving documentation standards
    • Drive process improvement initiatives that increase consistency, efficiency, and accountability
    • Build strong relationships across departments to support collaboration and success

We are looking for a leader who reflects our values in both skill and heart.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
    • Strong knowledge of ICD-10 diagnosis coding
    • Experience working with electronic health records and clinical documentation workflows
    • Ability to translate clinical needs into system solutions and process improvements
    • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
    • Willingness to travel to support our communities as needed

    What Sets You Apart:

    • Passion for teaching and developing others
    • High integrity and a relationship-focused leadership style
    • A positive, solution-oriented mindset

If you are a clinically strong, relationship-driven leader who wants to make a lasting impact on care, documentation, and team development — we would love to connect with you.

Apply today and help us continue to bring “Dignity in Life” to those we serve.
