Director of Client Success

The Director of Client Success is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing departmental operations, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role executes strategic initiatives, expands market share, and leads high-performing teams while ensuring scalable processes and cross-functional alignment.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop account growth, and operational strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Drive account expansion through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Create strategic account plans aligned to client and business objectives.
  • Set KPIs and manage team performance.
  • Determine staffing levels and optimize workload distribution.
  • Design, implement, and roll out internal processes and train teams accordingly.
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Production, QA/Technical, Shipping, and Scheduling teams.
  • Participate in the company steering team and leadership meetings.
  • Foster a healthy, accountable, and productive work culture.


Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Relevant industry experience preferred. 
  • Proven experience in account management, sales leadership, or commercial operations in a complex environment.
  • Proven track record managing a portfolio of accounts. 
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, account expansion, and market share.
  • Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Experience designing and implementing scalable processes and performance frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
