Director of Child Support Services

Placer County is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and innovative leader to serve as Director of Child Support Services (DCSS). The Placer County Department of Child Support Services ranked #1 in the federal child support performance measures in the State of California for the past seven years and has received the prestigious 2022 Platinum Program Award from the Western Intergovernmental Child Support Engagement Council.

Candidates will have five years of increasingly responsible experience in a public Child Support Services agency, including three years of administrative and management responsibility, along with a relevant master’s degree and/or Juris Doctorate.
