Dynamic Learning Academy is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized Director to lead our established teaching team and help shape our center’s next chapter.


Our teachers bring continuity, dedication, and strong relationships with our families. We’re looking for a director who will build on that foundation and make DLA a long-term professional home.


What you’ll do:

• Lead and support teachers through coaching, clear communication, and consistent follow-through.
  
  
• Create practical systems for scheduling, classroom routines, paperwork, and daily operations.
  
  
• Guide engaging curriculum and developmentally appropriate learning.
  
  
• Maintain health, safety, and licensing requirements.
  
  
• Build welcoming, trusting relationships with families.
  
  
• Partner with the owner to strengthen the program and grow enrollment.
