We are seeking a high-impact Director of Channel Sales to lead and scale our distribution footprint across the Electronics, Electrical, and Amazon/E-commerce markets. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing a team of Channel Managers who serve as the primary link between our brand and our most critical partners.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned strategist with a deep understanding of multi-channel distribution. You aren't just managing accounts; you are building a high-performance ecosystem. You will be responsible for the "big picture" strategyaligning channel activities with corporate revenue goals while coaching your team to drive partner loyalty and operational excellence.
