Responsibilities:
- Lead the catering for all cafes in order to deliver exceptional service and delicious food
- Develop and implement catering strategies to drive sales and exceed customer expectations
- Boost the Tropical Smoothie catering presence in the Treasure Valley
- Collaborate with the Cafe Managers to ensure Catering orders are properly staffed and supported with adequate product
- Ensure smooth execution of catering events from planning and preparation to delivery
Requirements:
- Proven experience in catering, customer service or hospitality management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality food and service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
