Responsible for monitoring and directing the operations of all Casino Operations departments including Table Games, Slot Operations, Race & Sports, and Keno to ensure high standards of product quality and delivery. The Director of Casino Operation develops casino policies ensuring compliance with governmental and company requirements in accordance with internal controls. (Resume Required)

College education or equivalent of 8-10 years of experience in Casino Operations including Gaming Operations and Slots is preferred
Must have a broad knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures affecting the casino industry, with strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
Must possess a strong intellect, exceptional leadership skills, and business savvy
A broad-gauge businessperson with a proven track record of successful operating and implementation experiences.
Strong analytical ability to measure consumer behavior and preferences use this information to make sound business decisions
Communicates effectively and openly with his/her superiors, subordinates, external constituencies
