They are seeking a Director who can step in, assess quickly, and elevate performance while protecting a team that is deeply rooted in the community.

• Small, established team: 3 Case Managers, 1 PRN, 1 Clerk

• Improve LOS management and discharge efficiency
• Reinforce accountability and professional standards
• Partner closely with physicians and leadership to streamline transitions of care
• Bring clarity to workflows and performance metrics

This role requires presence, not just policy oversight.

Background They Need

• BSN required; Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of leadership in Case/Care Management with Utilization Review experience (hospital experience required)
• Case Management Certification strongly preferred
