Job Summary and QualificationsThe Director of Cardiovascular Services is responsible for the leadership, successful operations, and quality of Cardiovascular ServicesYou will facilitate the integration and teamwork of all Cardiovascular Departments for optimal care of patientsYou will work in conjunction with the facility administrative staff and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director to ensure the highest level of care for patients, and ensures that all services provided meet all regulatory requirements and guidelinesYou will work with physicians to adopt and incorporate quality initiatives and research and develop strategic and tactical plans to maximize the effectiveness of Cardiovascular services at the facility, including capital and operational budget planning and managementYou will maintain LA and Ventura County STEMI designation and Society of Chest Pain Centers Chest Pain Center accreditationYou will maintain The Joint Commission Primary Stroke Center designation and County designation as appropriateWhat qualifications you will need:College Degree required, Masters preferred (MSN, MBA, or MHA)Current California State Registered Nurse license or Radiologic Technologist registered through the ARRT and certified by the State of California requiredMinimum of 5 (prefer 10) years in Cardiovascular Services, with at least half of those years in Cardiovascular leadership (prefer in a program with full Cardiovascular services)Los Robles Regional Medical Center is a 380+ bed acute care hospital dedicated to serving the residents of Ventura and Los Angeles Counties along with the Greater Conejo Valley.
