    Director of Cardiovascular Services
    Thousand Oaks, CA

    We’re hiring a Director of Cardiovascular Services in Thousand Oaks who wants to lead a comprehensive cardiovascular program while advancing quality, growth, and patient care.

    You’ll step into a hospital leadership role focused on cardiovascular operations, strategic planning, quality, physician collaboration, and program development. You’ll have meaningful autonomy while partnering with executive leadership and the Cardiovascular Services Medical Director.

    • Oversee strategic planning, capital planning, and operational budgets
    • Support key cardiovascular, STEMI, chest pain, and stroke quality initiatives

    What makes you a great fit
    • You currently serve as a Director of Cardiovascular Services
    • You have led cardiovascular services within a 300+ bed hospital
    • You bring at least 5 years of cardiovascular experience, with significant leadership experience
    • You have structural heart experience and strong leadership skills
    • You hold an active California RN license or qualifying ARRT/California radiologic technologist credentials
    • You hold a college degree; MSN, MBA, or MHA is preferred

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Base salary: $141,544–$202,000 based on experience
    • Leadership bonus structure
